01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MemphisBizHub website at memphisbizhub.com, purchasing any service, or submitting any business information to us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MemphisBizHub, a division of Cleanscan LLC (“MemphisBizHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company based in Memphis, Tennessee.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

02Services

MemphisBizHub provides digital business card page creation and hosting services for local businesses. Our services include:

  • Design and build of a custom digital business card page
  • Hosting of your digital card page on our platform
  • QR code and NFC link generation
  • Customer action buttons (call, text, email, website, social media, save contact)
  • Ongoing technical support during the subscription period


We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

03Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract, and be operating a legitimate business. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

04Payment & Billing

Setup Fee

A one-time setup fee of $129 is required to build and launch your digital business card page. This fee is non-refundable once work on your page has commenced.

Annual Hosting Fee

An annual hosting fee of $59 is due each year to keep your page live and accessible. We will notify you before your renewal date. Failure to renew will result in your page being taken offline.

Refund Policy

The setup fee is non-refundable after work has begun. Annual hosting fees paid are non-refundable for the current billing period but you may cancel future renewals at any time. If we are unable to deliver your page within a reasonable timeframe due to our failure, a full refund will be issued.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days’ notice before any price change takes effect for their renewal.

05Your Content

You are solely responsible for all content, information, logos, images, and materials (“Content”) you provide to us for inclusion on your digital card page.

By submitting Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the legal right to use all Content provided
  • Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
  • All business information (name, address, phone, services) is accurate and truthful
  • Your Content does not contain false, misleading, or deceptive information
  • Your Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations


You grant MemphisBizHub a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and host your Content solely for the purpose of providing the services described herein.

06Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Provide false or misleading business information
  • Promote illegal products, services, or activities
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
  • Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law
  • Harass, threaten, or harm any person or entity


We reserve the right to remove any Content and terminate any account that violates these prohibitions without refund.

07Intellectual Property

The MemphisBizHub name, logo, website design, platform code, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Cleanscan LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain all ownership rights to your own business name, logo, and original content. You do not acquire any rights to MemphisBizHub’s intellectual property by using our services.

08Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement. You may cancel your annual renewal at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your page immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay renewal fees, or engage in conduct harmful to our platform or other users.

Upon termination, your digital card page will be taken offline. We are not obligated to retain your page data after termination.

09Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • Our platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times
  • The services will meet your specific business goals or generate any particular results
  • Customer calls, contacts, or bookings will increase as a result of your digital card page


MemphisBizHub is a digital card hosting service. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, customer volume, or revenue increases from using our platform.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleanscan LLC and MemphisBizHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms or the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to MemphisBizHub in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MemphisBizHub, Cleanscan LLC, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the services, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.

13Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active subscribers via email. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
